ServiceCentre Advanced License

Service plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction. Minimizing the time spent on maintenance and reducing downtimes is essential to ensure the profitability of farmers' businesses. To achieve this, Kverneland Group Mechatronics has developed the 'ServiceCentre' a new tool designed to provide the best service for the implement users. Both Kverneland and Vicon ServiceCentre are available in two versions: a web-based software for use with laptops and mobile devices, and a desktop application that can be installed on laptops running on the Windows 8.1 operating system or later.

Kverneland and Vicon ServiceCentre Advanded license allow customer to use the service tool in the web-based and desktop tool versions. License is valid for 1 year, after that it has to be renewed.

Web-based application

• Read implement parameters and operational values and modify them
• Read and delete errors and DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) messages
• Trace the input and output signals
• Crete and save CAN trace files
• Virtualize the IsoMatch Tellus PRO / GO+ screen on your desktop

Desktop application

• Read implement parameters and operational values and modify them

• Trace the input and output signals
• Create and save CAN trace files
• Flash new implement software versions
